Karolina, the Registered Manager at Rainbow. I began my career in Health and Social Care after completing my Level 3 Diploma and initially studying Midwifery at university. Realising that midwifery was not the right path for me, I returned to care – where my passion truly lies.
I progressed from a Carer to Senior Carer and completed my Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which enabled me to become a Manager. I have experience in both residential and homecare settings. My passion for caring for the elderly comes from not seeing my grandparents often due to them living abroad, and I strive to pass the same love and compassion on to those in my care.
