My name is Dzikamai and I am a Senior Care Worker here at Rainbow. I had experience in adult and continuing education before joining the Health and Care sector three years ago. This has equipped me with knowledge on how to assess client needs and also to mentor other team members. I am currently studying for NVQ Level 3. My passion for care comes from wanting to make a difference in our community and engaging with the elderly.
