How to Access Our Services

Accessing domiciliary care or supported living services in the UK is straightforward.
Services can be arranged:

  • By self-referral – you or a family member can contact us directly
  • Through a local authority referral following a care needs assessment
  • Via a health or social care professional (such as a GP, hospital discharge team, or social worker)

We are happy to guide you through the process and explain available options, including privately funded care or local authority–commissioned support.

First Visit – Initial Assessment

Before care begins, we arrange an initial visit and assessment to ensure the support provided is right for you.

During this visit we will:

  • Meet the individual in their home or supported living setting
  • Talk through needs, preferences, routines, and goals
  • Assess risks and support requirements
  • Agree how and when care will be delivered
  • Answer any questions from the individual and their family

This assessment allows us to develop a personalised care and support plan,
tailored to meet individual needs while promoting independence, dignity,
and choice.

Quality You Can Trust

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

Our service has been rated Good in our most recent CQC inspection, reflecting our commitment to safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led care.
