Zdislava is the Founder of Rainbow Social Care, established in 2010 with a clear mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. A qualified nurse and holder of the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, Zdislava brings both strong clinical expertise and experienced leadership to the organisation.
As a nominated individual for Rainbow Social Care and a mother of three children, Zdislava understands the importance of dignity, empathy, and trust in care. Helping people has always been her passion — it is what she knows, what she believes in, and what she has dedicated her life to doing.
Zdislava takes great pride in Rainbow Social Care’s staff, recognising them as the heart and driving force of the organisation. She firmly believes that outstanding care begins with valued, supported, and motivated professionals.
