My name is Sidiquee and I am a Senior Care Worker here at Rainbow. I am from Sierra Leone, and my values have been shaped by a childhood grounded in care, presence, and being looked after during vulnerable moments. Because of this, supporting others comes naturally to me. I understand how much it means to feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. I approach my work with patience, kindness, and respect, always taking time to listen and to be there when someone needs reassurance. Being a carer is very important to me, and I count it as a true blessing. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others feel valued, comfortable, and never alone in their care.
